J-Lin Tamminga

J-Lin Tamminga is a bilingual educator, consultant, and The Diatribe’s Leader of Educational Programming. She holds a masters degree in Bilingual Curriculum and Instruction, and is passionate about equitable education for all students. After over 20 years of teaching and administrative work, she co-founded Multilingual Mosaics, an organization providing professional development, educational coaching, and consulting to teachers and school leaders in dual language programs. She continues to develop curriculum and coach teachers in multilingual settings to increase cultural competency and inspire dual language learners. In her work she prides herself on fostering an environment in which all students can reach their full learning potential. J-Lin aspires to empower students through community support, creating the foundation for lifelong learning and social connection.
