Albert Gasake
Albert Gasake is a survivor of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsis in Rwanda. He currently holds a position as a Justice Analyst in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Previously, Mr. Gasake worked with the Survivors Fund (SURF-Rwanda) and served as a board member for IBUKA and GAERG, both prominent non-profit organizations supporting survivors. He has also worked as an attorney in Rwanda, specializing in criminal law and reparations cases advocating for justice and compensation for genocide survivors. Albert holds a master’s degree in public administration concentrating in Policy analysis and evaluation from Grand Valley State University.
