Aaron Turner

Aaron Turner the Development Director at WGVU Public Media which is our local PBS and NPR affiliate. He is an alum of Michigan State University and also has a Nonprofit Leadership Certification from The University of Illinois at Chicago.

Nonprofits and the arts have been a passion for him and he loves the work that those entities do within our communities. Aaron has worked in nonprofit fund development for the better part of 17 years. He is also active in the community, serving on boards for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Varnum Law, The Diatribe, The Grand Rapids Community Foundation, and the Grand Rapids Community College Foundation.

In his personal time, he loves to travel, cook, attend sporting events and enjoy life. Also, he is an avid music lover and I love spending time with his family and friends.
